Experience a Savory Get-Away on the Lehigh Canal Please join us for one of our unique 2½ hour dinner cruises. Enjoy a catered meal and colorful stories as you cruise on the restored Lehigh Canal aboard the canal boat Josiah White II. The schedule is as follows: The Elite Cruise! departs on July 23 at 5:00 pm with fresh crudités and Crab Bisque on the boat with soft drinks. Then at the Canal Lock, disembark and enjoy an outdoor fine dining experience featuring fresh salad and dinner rolls. You will have your choice of a Land or Sea Dinner. Choose from Filet Mignon w/bordelaise, Shrimp Skewer; OR Chicken Alaska, Chicken Cutlet Sautéed topped w/ Shrimp & Scallops & Mornay sauce, Flame Roasted Baby Red Potatoes, Stir-fried Whole Green Beans. Once back on the boat, enjoy coffee, tea and assorted homemade pastries and desserts. Table side entertainment will be provided for your enjoyment . Catering by Kasey Lynn’s. $40/person Clambake on the Canal! departs on October 8 at 1:00 pm and features Clam Chowder, Cheese and Bologna, and Shrimp and Cocktail Sauce. Enjoy shrimp and soft drinks on the boat. Disembark along the canal and enjoy an Old Fashion Clam Bake with Steak, Chicken, Haddock, Steamed Clams, Roasted Potatoes & Corn on the Cob with drawn butter. Then back on the boat for Coffee and Tea, Apple Pan Dowdy, Brownies and Shoe Fly Pie. Entertainment is also provided. Catering by Kasey Lynn’s. $40/person. Celebrate Octoberfest on October 15 departing at 1 pm. Featuring Chicken & Dumplings, Split Pea w/mini wieners, Bratwurst, Sauerbraten, Scallop Potatoes, Red Cabbage, Sauerkraut w/Knockwurst, German Potatoes w/bacon, Corn Niblets w/dumplings, German Chocolate Cake, Black Forest Cake, Strudel, Apple Pie, Coffee and Tea. German Music for your entertainment. Catering by Kasey Lynn’s. $40/person.
