How to Arrange a field trip

Before calling, it is best to have in mind alternate dates or times

Please arrange field trips at least two weeks before desired date

A $25 deposit is required for all field trips with the exception of Immersion Days.  The deposit can be put towards your total.  If your group is a no show the $25 is forfeited for administrative cost.

Once final payment is received a refund is given only if you cancel 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled trip

Immersion Day Field Trips

Call 610-515-8000 and press #2.  A $50 deposit is required.
